We are interested in buying a hotel in your area and if you are interested in selling we should sit down and talk it over.
First, we would like to talk to you and find out what we can do to help you accomplish your goal of selling your hotel.
Next, we want to know if we can help you by buying your hotel
quickly and equitably.
If you and I decide that we should move forward we
would like to make an appointment to tour your hotel at
your convenience.
After our meeting and tour, we will let you know if we will make an offer on your hotel within 4 days.
B) WHAT WE'LL DO FOR YOU IF WE WON'T BE BUYING
YOUR HOTEL
If we are not in a position to move forward with an offer we will do the following:
Contact other hotel investment groups and
individuals that are looking for a hotel like yours and send them a brochure, at our expense,
Do follow up by taking calls from other investors that want to know more about your hotel.
Keep in mind we are not Real Estate Brokers so we don't charge for trying to help you get your hotel sold at a good price and with low costs.
We have helped others like you this way because it is the right thing to do.

C) YOU ARE NOT SELLING YOUR HOTEL BUT KNOW OF ONE THAT'S FOR SALE
In the event you are not interested in selling your hotel I will make you this offer. If you know of someone that has a
hotel and they are mentioning "...how hard it is to make a profit..." or "...how they want to sell and move...", or
"...want to retire..." in other words, they want to sell.
Please contact us and we will pay a referral fee should we buy that Hotel.
