We are an affiliate company of Equitable Investments which has been in the Real Estate Investment Business for over 25 years. Our home office is located in San Diego, CA. We focus on finding older hotels and bringing them up to more modern standards and conditions.
Another branch of our company is our Excellent Management System which focuses on giving our guests a memorable experience when they stay with us. Our current hotels are located in Phoenix AZ and we are now expanding into other attractive areas in the U.S.

Jenina has spent over 20 Years in the Health Industry and Hotel Investing BS degree in Nursing and BA in Communications.
As the Company Vice President she has the capacity to do all the functions of the CEO when he is off viewing new hotels we may buy. Along with being able to steward the renovation of an entire hotel, she manages the day-to-day operations of all the hotels. Over her career, she has logged over 20 years of experience in Corporate Level Management. She has all the skills and she retains an even-tempered personality that makes her a favorite of those around her.

Thomas Scott CEO of WeWantTobuyYourHotel Co.
Has degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. Has worked as a Real Estate Broker, Sales Assoc. and R.E. Investment Advisor for 18 years.. The RE career was in San Diego, CA, and Las Vegas, NV.
Mr. Scott also built a construction company as a Licensed B1 Building Contractor, in San Diego, CA, and was President for 9 years.
His career in Hotel Investing started in 2012 and the company has been involved in the buying and development of 4 hotels during that time period.
Felisa Maranan is the VP of Operations for WeWantToBuyYourHotel Co.
Felisa graduated from college with a BA in Industrial Engineering and then continued her education in Business Administration. Her success as an administrator is due to her skills along with her hard work ethic, talent, and
infectious positive motivation.
She will make you feel special by keeping you up on every action we take to move the process along all the while being there for any questions you may need answered.
She keeps the company running smoothly through her countless hours of dedication. Plus she does all this while raising two active children and being the wife of her loving husband Jigs.

Theresa Tabiliran is the VP of Marketing for WeWantToBuyYourHotel Co.
Theresa graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting, from a prestigious Philippine college.
Later, while in the Banking Industry, she helped clients as their Financial Consultant. Her former employer had well deserved high praise from other managers, clients,s and fellow employees.
Theresa brings a lot of creativity, enthusiasm, compassion, and a great personality that makes others feel good. She often anticipates issues that others don’t see.
Theresa also accomplishes her work professionally, while raising her children and being a good mom and wife.
